While the wine and spirits sector looks back in satisfaction at the sensational results of ProWein 2009, preparations for ProWein 2010 are already well underway and hopes are high for another great year at the sector's foremost international trade fair in Düsseldorf from 21 to 23 March.

Wilhelm Niedergöker, Managing Director at Messe Düsseldorf, said: "ProWein was the only event internationally to post a significant rise in visitor attendance with positive scores across the board. With these results ProWein has consolidated its leading position."
