Our winemaking philosophy is precision and passion in every aspect of the winemaking process. The result is inevitably the same – premium quality wine that is consistently great and a true reflection of its terroir and varietal character.
All of our wines are made and bottled on our own estate, so we maintain complete control over the quality of the end product.

Our experienced winemaking team is led by David Thompson, Director of Winery Operations.
In 2007/8, a major winery expansion has been undertaken, growing from 3 million litres of storage capacity to 13 million litres and crushing and winemaking facilities increased to manage 15,000 tonnes per annum.
We have also installed the world's largest air bag press and an additional bottling line capable of processing 10,000 bottles per hour. The new Bertolaso Electra Filler enables us to bottle still and sparkling wines and represents a $10 million dollar investment for our winery.
Our winery has recently introduced a waste water treatment plant, which allows us to recycle waste water produced in the winemaking process for use in our vineyards and gardens.
