This wine has rich blackberry and mint characters for which Cabernet Sauvignon is renowned.  It is medium bodied with dark berry fruit flavours that combine with sweet oak characters and silky tannins to produce a well-integrated wine with great length of flavour.

Ideally served with pasta, pizza, grilled steak, roasts and barbeques.

2008 Cabernet Sauvignon

The grapes for this wine were fermented in stainless steel fermenters at temperatures ranging between 25-30C using a variety of cap-management practices.  Both French and American oak were used during fermentation and maturation to add complexity and to balance the inherent fruit forward nature of this wine.
